What is your return policy?
Digital products are not returnable or refundable.
Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
How do I return and item?
1. Make sure that your order qualifies

2. Return your order and packing slip

3. Await credit
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact help@paperjoydesigns.com.
Returns and Exchanges
I want you to love your Paper Joy Designs purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
Physical Products (calendars, cards, stationery) If your item arrives unused and unopened, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. I’ll refund your original payment method once I receive the return – usually within a few days, though it can take up to 2 weeks depending on your bank or credit card company.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee isn’t refundable.
Digital Products Since digital downloads are immediately accessible, these aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
How to Return Something
1. Check your timeline Make sure it’s been less than 30 days since your order arrived, and that items are unused and unopened.

3. Get your refund Once your return arrives, I’ll process your refund right away. It should show up in your account within 2 weeks (sometimes sooner!).
